WorkspaceStructure:

workspace workspace folder

- src source code

- build compiles intermediate files

- devel compiles and generates files

Create a workspace:

mkdir -p ~/new_workspace/src
cd ~/new_workspace/src
catkin_init_workspace

Compile workspace:

cd ..

#编译全部功能包
catkin_make

Set environment variables:

sudo gedit .bashrc
#添加内容保存:source /home/simulation/new_workspace/devel/setup.bash
source ~/.bashrc

Run the workspace:

#以 rplidar_ros 为例
roslaunch rplidar_ros rplidar.launch
