ImageKit.NET lets you quickly and easily add image processing capabilities to .NET applications. Retrieve images from TWAIN scanners and digital cameras; load and save image files in a variety of formats; apply image filters and transformations to images; display images on the display, in a pan window, or in a thumbnail control. ImageKit.NET contains components for Windows Forms and Web Forms applications.

- Saving and Loading Annotation Files - All annotation objects and settings can be saved in annotation files independent of the image on which the annotation is drawn. Since the comment file is an xml file, you can even use a text editor to edit the comment without loading it.

Displaying an Image (Windows Forms) - ImageKit Control
- Position images in ImageKit controls.

- Actual size display (no scrollbars) - When the image is larger than the ImageKit control, the scrollbars can be suppressed without scaling the image to fit the ImageKit control
- Stretch Display - Resizes the image to fill the ImageKit control.
- Fit Width, Fit Height - Automatically fit either image size (width or height) to an ImageKit control and scale the other.
- Initial display position - Specify the position where the image is initially displayed in the ImageKit control, such as bottom, right.
- Panning Window (raster and vector images) - Panning the window displays the entire image currently displayed in the ImageKit control. That portion of the overall image in the ImageKit control is marked with a rectangle in the pan window, and by moving the rectangle, the image scrolls within the ImageKit control. Multiple images displayed simultaneously in an ImageKit control will also appear in the panning window. Both raster and vector images are supported.
- Scrollbar control actions - scrolling images, not only through user interaction, but also through code. You can even scroll diagonally.
- Area selection - Select an area by dragging the mouse over the image. Easily pass these coordinates to the effects interface to apply effect filters, transform or paste into another image, etc.
- Panning window functionality for ImageKit controls - You can use ImageKit controls as panning windows. This allows you to stick two ImageKit controls into a form and use one as a panning window rather than a separate window.

- Scrollbar Control Actions - You can control image (including diagonal) scrolling to the currently displayed image in code rather than by the user.
- Rectangular selection function - You can use the mouse to select a free rectangular area with 4 points on an ImageKit control, get the coordinates, and perform effect processing as is. Display images as thumbnails (Web Forms) - Web Thumbnail Control
- The ImageKit.NET3 Web Thumbnail control is a server-side Web control used to create thumbnail images and display them in the browser. Just set the directory where the original images are located and set the directory where the thumbnails will be created. The thumbnail can be clicked to display the original image, buttons or links can be displayed, and paging can be performed.
Display images as thumbnails (Windows Forms) - Thumbnail Control
- By selecting folders and file types, you can automatically display multiple image files as thumbnails. Display thumbnails in an easy-to-use, fast, customizable control. The Windows Forms Thumbnail control has the following capabilities:
- Direct control over thumbnail display order - To change the order of thumbnail images currently displayed in the thumbnail control, simply drag the thumbnail with your mouse until it is in the correct position.
- Delete Thumbnails - Using the Delete method, you can delete thumbnails by specifying the image number.
- Change the layout of the thumbnail dialog - You can specify the number of columns and rows of thumbnails displayed within the control, the gap size, etc.
