Three methods gradation processing of an image:
1.imread method modified pixel value is 0
2. call a RGB method to achieve gray gradation conversion transfer ( cv2.COLOR_BGR2GRAY )
3. the RGB average values taken gradation conversion of the gradation (Principle)
