October Rice Field Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "October Rice Field") has recently passed the hearing and is preparing to be listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
October Rice Field is a kitchen staple food company with omni-channel brand influence, focusing on providing consumers with high-quality, healthy pre-packaged rice, grains, beans, dry goods and other foods.
The prospectus shows that October Rice Field’s revenue in 2020, 2021, and 2022 will be 2.327 billion yuan, 3.598 billion yuan, and 4.533 billion yuan respectively; its gross profits will be 405 million yuan, 538 million yuan, and 780 million yuan respectively. The compound annual growth rate of revenue reached 39.6%.
The adjusted net profits of October Rice Field in 2020, 2021 and 2022 are 221 million yuan, 259 million yuan and 364 million yuan respectively.
October Rice Field’s revenue in the first quarter of 2023 was 1.082 billion yuan, operating profit was 79.24 million yuan, and adjusted profit was 77.9 million yuan.
As of March 31, 2023, October Rice Field held cash and cash equivalents of 613 million yuan, while cash and cash equivalents in the same period last year were 96.685 million yuan.
