It takes a lot of time to compile numerous documents, and even more time to keep those documents and code in sync.
For the inside of the team, unnecessary documents can be reduced, leaving only the simplified documents including the core principles of the system, architecture, etc., and the rest of the detailed documents are replaced by working software.
Because the code can truly express what it does, new team members can also quickly learn the project-related content through the code and program

By communicating and cooperating with customers, we can find problems as early as possible and deal with them as soon as possible, and learn about changes in customer opinions and needs in real time.
Responding to change is better than following a plan
