6. You need to bind the IP address. If you are not sure, you need to check the IP address of the computer. Search cmd in Cortana and enter; enter the command ipconfig and press Enter to query the local IP. Here are the 192.168.1.86 binding and SSL settings

You do not need to check the option to enable the virtual host name, you can check the option to automatically start the FTP site, and you can choose No SSL for SSL. 7. Next, the FTP site addition wizard will ask you to fill in the authentication and authorization information, check the check boxes before Anonymous and Basic under Authentication, set the access item to all users, and check the read and write permissions. checkbox and click Done.
8. The FTP site has been successfully created and is running normally, and the FTP server must be allowed to pass through the firewall. Search for firewall in Cortana, click to allow applications through Windows Firewall;
click Change Settings, check the check box in front of the FTP server in the list, and click OK to complete the settings;
9. Now you can test the FTP server. Enter ftp://192.168.1.86 in "Computer". Since Anonymous is checked, you do not need to enter a username and password when accessing. Of course, you can also access it in a browser. In the address Enter ftp://[your computer’s IP address] in the field (here is ftp://192.168.1.86) and press Enter to access.
10. Modify the language encoding to support UTF-8, Control Panel-Region-Management-Change system regional settings, check Beta version: Use Unicode UTF-8 to provide global language support, confirm, restart the computer, and the modification is completed.
