1.1 Chip Introduction
ATR5330 is a single-pole double-throw switch single chip made using CMOS SOI technology. The recommended operating frequency of the chip is 20MHz-4GHz. The switch chip is controlled by a single power supply and has very low current power consumption. The switch has very low insertion loss and very high linearity when turned on.
