Si3262 is a low power consumption card + touch + MCU three-in-one SOC chip

Si3262 is a highly integrated low-power SoC chip that integrates a low-power MCU based on RISC-V core and a contactless reader module working at 13.56MHz.
In ACD mode, the card swiping distance of this chip can reach 4-5cm (determined by the antenna), and is suitable for smart door locks, electronic locks, cabinet locks, sauna locks, logistics locks, etc.

The MCU module has low power consumption, Low Pin Count, wide voltage operating range, and integrates 13/14/15/16-bit precision ADC, LVD, UART. SPI. I2C, TIMER, WUP, IWDG, RTC, TSC and other rich peripherals. The core uses RISC-V RV32IMAC (2.6 CoreMarkMHz).

The reader/writer module supports ISO/EC 14443 ABMIFARE protocol and supports automatic carrier detection function (ACD).

No other external circuits are required, and its internal transmitter can drive the reader antenna to communicate with ISO/EC 14443 AB/MIFARE cards and transponders. The receiver module provides a powerful and efficient circuit for demodulating and decoding ISO/IEC 14443A/BMIFARE compliant card and transponder signals. The digital module handles complete ISO/EC 14443 A/B framing and error detection functions (parity and CRC). In ACD mode, the reader/writer module is in sleep state most of the time.

3K RC wakes up regularly, detects 13.56 MHz RF fields and RF cards with extremely low power consumption, and automatically generates an interrupt to wake up the MCU when the field or card is detected. The functions of detecting fields and cards can be enabled independently. The entire ACD process does not require MCU intervention.

The reader/writer module supports MIFARE products. The reader/writer module supports contactless communication, and the bidirectional communication rate with the MIIFARE series is up to 848kBd.

In addition, this product provides supporting debugging and development software and a rich function library, which can greatly reduce the development threshold and shorten the development cycle.
