mysql error 10061

Can’t connect to MySQL server on ‘localhost:3306’ (10061)

Search and enter cmd in the lower right corner of the computer

1. First find the bin path in mysql
and switch to D: cd /mysql/bin

2. Execute the command mysql -uroot -p and enter the database password
3. Execute mysqld --console

4. Reconnect to mysql in navicat
