The system was recently upgraded, and an error was reported when connecting to MySQL after booting, Can't connect to MySQL server on localhost (10061);
It is estimated that the upgrade system has cleared the previous cache settings. Many methods on the Internet are solved by command line, but after personally operating pwoershell, I found that it still does not work and cannot solve the problem;
The solution is as follows:
Solution 1. The system has been upgraded, so it is necessary to reinstall the MySQL software to solve the problem;
Option 2: MySQL has been installed on the hard disk, check whether the MySQL service is started
a. win+R, open cmd, enter services.msc,
b. In the system service list, find the MySQL service, right-click, and restart
c. If there is still no response after restarting, go back to solution 1 and reinstall it.
