Navicat failed to connect to the database and the error message is as follows:
The reason is that the service has not started. You only need to restart the service. The reason may be that the anti-virus software has closed it or you have closed it manually.
Right-click the window icon in the lower left corner , click Computer Management, find the mysql service or command, and click Start.
