After installing MYSQL, the startup error: ERROR 2003 (HY000): Can't connect to MySQL server on'localhost' (10061)

Solution:

1. win + x, select Computer Management-->Services-->Find MySQL
   

2. Double-click MySQL to enter the property setting page, as follows: set the startup type to automatic, start the service, and click OK. It's ok
