The 2023 International Conference on Intelligent Communications and Networks (ICN 2023) will be held in Changzhou, China, from November 10-12, 2023. All submissions to ICN 2023 must be reviewed by 2-3 experts from the organizing committee. After strict review, all accepted papers will be published by IEEE. After publication, the publisher will submit it to IEEE Xplore, EI, and Scopus for retrieval. .
Precautions:
& For accepted papers, please register in time. If you register after the deadline, publication will be given up by default.
& Papers must be formatted according to the conference paper template, and submissions must be submitted in WORD and PDF formats and must not be less than 4 pages. .
& Papers should have academic or practical value and have never been published in any domestic or foreign journals or conferences. Authors can check for plagiarism at their own expense through CrossCheck, Turnitin (duplication check rate is less than 30%) or other query systems. If the publisher rejects the article due to duplication, the author must bear the responsibility. Papers confirmed to be academically fraudulent will not be published and will be posted on the conference homepage.

How to participate
1. Author participation: One author of an accepted article is allowed to attend the conference for free;
2. Guest speaker: Application for keynote speech will be reviewed by the organizing committee;
3. Oral speech: Apply for an oral report, the time is 15 minutes;
4. Poster display: Apply for poster display, A1 size, color printing;
5. Audience participation: You can only attend the conference without submitting papers, but you can also apply for speeches and presentations.
