Conference Paper Publishing
All submissions must be reviewed by 2-3 experts from the organizing committee. After strict review, all accepted papers will be published by Conference Proceedings, and then submitted to EI and Scopus by the publishing house for retrieval.

Note:
1. The conference only accepts manuscripts in English.
2. Papers should have academic or practical value, and have not been published in academic journals or conferences at home and abroad. Authors who publish papers need to submit the full text for peer review, and authors who only report but not publish papers only need to submit abstracts.
3. Authors can use CrossCheck, Turnitin or other query systems to check plagiarism at their own expense. Otherwise, the author will be responsible for the rejection caused by the repetition rate of the article. Papers suspected of plagiarism will not be published and will be posted on the conference homepage.
4. Papers must be formatted according to the template on the official website of the conference. EI conference manuscripts should not be less than 4 pages after typesetting; SCI journal manuscripts should not be less than 8 pages after typesetting.
5. If you withdraw your paper due to personal reasons, at least 30% of the registration fee will be charged as a handling fee.
Participation method
1. Author participation: one author is allowed to attend the conference for free for one accepted article;
2. Keynote speakers: apply for keynote speeches, which will be reviewed by the organizing committee;
3. Oral speech: apply for an oral report, the time is 15 minutes;
4. Poster display: apply for poster display, A1 size, color printing;
5. Audience participation: Attend the conference without submitting papers, or apply for speeches and demonstrations.
