The 2nd IEEE International Conference on Cloud Computing, Big Data Application and Software Engineering (CBASE2023)
With the advent of the era of big data, the need for instant data acquisition and computing is gradually increasing. In order to promote the development of cloud computing and software engineering in the era of big data and promote academic exchanges in this field, on the basis of the successful holding of CBASE 2022, it is hosted by Sichuan Normal University, undertaken by the School of Computer Science of Sichuan Normal University, and co-organized by the AEIC Academic Exchange Center The 2nd IEEE International Conference on Cloud Computing, Big Data Application and Software Engineering (CBASE2023) will be held in Chengdu, China during November 3-5, 2023 .
CBASE2023 is supported by IEEE and IEEE Chengdu Branch, and submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus, IEEE xplore databases for retrieval after being published by IEEE. This conference aims to gather experts and scholars in computer fields such as cloud computing, big data, and software engineering at home and abroad, and provide a communication platform for researchers and practitioners in related fields to share the latest research results. Publishing Information & Submission Notes & Submission Process
1. Publication information
All submissions must be reviewed by 2-3 experts from the organizing committee. After strict review, all papers accepted and participated in the conference will be published in the CBASE 2023 Conference Proceedings published by IEEE. After publication, they will be submitted to IEEE Searched by Xplore, EI Compendex and Scopus.
2. Notes on submission:

EI conference papers must be no less than 4 pages, and only full-text submissions in English are accepted;

Before the accepted paper is published, it is necessary to complete an oral report or poster presentation in accordance with the requirements of the publishing house (register with the paper number)

If the manuscript is withdrawn due to personal reasons after payment, a service fee (30% of the page fee) will be charged

The paper should have academic or practical value and has not been published in domestic or foreign academic journals or conferences. The author can check for plagiarism at his own expense through CrossCheck, Turnitin or other query systems (the plagiarism rate is less than 30%), otherwise the paper will be dismissed due to the duplication rate of the article. Rejection of manuscript will be the sole responsibility of the author
