1. Unzip the compressed packages "winx64_12c_database_1of2.zip" and "winx64_12c_database_2of2.zip" to the same directory "database".

5. In the "Installation Options" window, select "Create and configure a database" and click "Next".

7. This function is dedicated to managing oracle files. Select the second "Create a new windows user", enter the user name and password, and click "Next".
8. In the "Typical Installation" window, select the base directory of Oracle, select "Enterprise Edition" and "Default Value", enter the database name and password (in the form of uppercase letters + lowercase letters + numbers), and click "Next" .
9. In the "Prerequisite Check" window, the system will automatically check, and will generate a summary of the installation settings after passing the check.
10. After checking that there is no problem in the previous step, the summary information of the installation settings will be generated, and these settings can be kept locally for future reference. After confirming this step, click "Install", and the database will go through the entire installation process through these configurations .
11. It will take a long time to install the database, please wait patiently.

13. After the database instance is installed successfully, a password management will pop up. It is recommended that you set it up again. Select “Password Management” to view and modify the following users:
(1) Ordinary administrator: SYSTEM
(2) Super administrator: SYS
(3) After modification, click “OK”.

15. After the installation is complete, visit https://localhost:5500/em, enter the user name and password, and then you can view the running status of the database, create a new table space and configure users.
16. Service settings After Oracle completes the installation, if the EM page cannot be opened. Then enter the task manager and confirm that the following two services have been started, otherwise Oracle will not be able to run normally:
(1) OracleOraDB12Home1TNSListener: Indicates the listening service. If the client wants to connect to the database, this service must be opened. This service is used during program development also works.
(2) OracleServiceORCL: Indicates the main service of the database, naming rules: OracleService database name. This service must be turned on, otherwise Oracle cannot be used at all.
