2. The method of setting
2.1 How to fix the first row
Open Excel, make sure that the first row you want to fix is displayed , and then click View->Freeze Top Row (View->Freeze Top Row)
Why make sure you want the fixed top row to show up? Because the first line of the content you see will be the first line
Subjects are always displayed after setting.
2.2 How to fix the first column
For the same reason, to ensure that the column you want to freeze is displayed , click View->Freeze First Column (View->Freeze First Column)
2.3 How to fix the first row and column
If you want to freeze the first row and the first column at the same time, cell B2 should be selected, and click View->Free Panes (View->Freeze split pane)

In view->Unfreeze Panels (view->unfreeze)
How to fix this freeze
After saving and opening Excel again, the last frozen setting will be retained
