In Word, by default, the first row of an inserted table will not be automatically recognized as a header row. To make the table in Word display the header row normally across pages, you can follow the steps below
Use WPS
- First, select the first row in the table, which is the row you want to be the header row.
- Click on the form tool
- Check "Header Row Repeat"
4. Right-click "Table Properties" in the table area
5. Check "Repeat as header row at the top of each page"

*The author's version is Word2019, and other versions may be slightly different
1. First, select the first row in the table, which is the row you want to be the title row.
2. Select Table Tools→Layout→Repeat Header Row [Note that it is not the <Layout> button in front of the toolbar! ! ]
3. Check Repeat Header Row
4. Select the first row in the table again, which is the row you want to be the header row. Select "Table Properties"
5. Check "Repeat as header row at the top of each page"
