Start applying for an Apple ID account in the US
First of all, first enter the Apple ID application page in the US region. If you automatically jump back to the Chinese version of the page, you can click "Local" at the bottom of Apple's official website to change the region to "USA".
The process of applying for an Apple ID in the United States is the same as that of the local area. In the form on the first page, you must enter your name, birthday, Email account, password, and three password prompt questions.
The password for applying for an Apple ID in the US region is recommended to use the same password as the local account, so that you will not be troubled by forgetting the password, and don’t forget that the password must meet the following conditions stipulated by Apple:
- Need to reach 8 characters or more
- Need to contain English letter case
- must contain numbers
The part of the password reminder question may be used in the future if the account is locked or verification is required, so it is recommended that you do not fill in the answers randomly. If you really do not understand the question, it is recommended to fill in some safer and easier to remember Answers, such as: Ans1, Ans2, Ans3..., don't forget to take a picture to record the answer after filling in the answer, so as not to forget the answer when you need to use it in the future.

Set the payment information, address and phone number of Apple ID in the US
Although the account has been created, it cannot be used in the App Store. We must first complete the payment information, address, phone number... before we can use it to download apps in the App Store.
First, log out your Apple ID in the App Store, then enter the US account we just opened in the place where you log in to the Apple ID, and then a notification will be displayed that your account has not been used in the App Store, click "Check " to enter the next step to fill in the information.
The first step to start setting up the US Apple ID is to agree to Apple's terms and agreements. After opening the "Agree Terms and Agreements" option, you can click "Next" to continue the settings.
Here we can set the credit card option to "None (none)", so that it can be used to download free apps. If you need to pay for the app, you must first have a credit card from the US region or use the US region PayPal account to pay.
Then continue to fill in the following information. The address part can be filled in by using the boxed information we mentioned earlier or finding an address on Google Maps.
The Zip field needs to be filled with the zip code. Just search for "your address + Zip" with Google, and the results of the local zip code will appear.
For the part of the phone number, you must pay attention to the area code of your address. If it does not match the area code of the address, you may not be able to pass the verification, or your account may be locked and cannot be used in the future. Here we can use the "United States area code " Area Code/Area Code of the United States " This web page will ask you to fill in the telephone area code of the region you choose, and the phone number behind it can be filled in at will, as long as it conforms to the format.
After finishing, click "Next Page" in the upper right corner, and then click "Continue" to complete the account setting.
After completion, if your App Store does not automatically jump to the App Store in the U.S. region, you can click a free app first, press "Get" and a notification will appear to switch to the U.S. App Store, click "OK " to switch stores, and you can download the App in the App Store in the US.
How to switch back to the local App Store?
