7. Go to the directory you selected to export to find the exported file
8. Use workbench to import database
9. Select Data import/Restore on this page
10. Select the following import form Self-contained File, select the sql file and target database to be imported
11. Find the start import and click it. The button may be covered and you need to look carefully in the lower right corner
