Data output
In Navigate on the left, click Administration → Data Export in the lower left corner to
select the database to be exported. It is
recommended to select Export to Self-Contained File, so that the data can be imported into other relational databases.

Click
the upper one selected when exporting Data Import/Restore , and also select the upper one when importing; if it is a SQL file, select the lower one, and then click again.
The drop-down box is to select which database needs to be imported, if you want to re-create a database to accept data, click New.
Import using SQL statements
Open the SQL file, add one at the beginning of the SQL file, use 数据库名and click to run the SQL statement.
