Please read each step patiently, avoid detours, and get it done at once!

1. Before installing the system: Vmware workstation settings:

4. Select the Linux operating system. The version selects Centos 7 64 bits!

5. Set the virtual machine name and installation location - custom.

6. Set the disk capacity: the disk size should be set according to the recommended size or on demand. Store the virtual disk as a single file.

7. Custom hardware.

8. The memory can be set to half of the host memory or set on demand.

9. Use the corresponding ISO image file that has been downloaded locally, and check it as shown in the figure.

10. When using the network adapter mode for the first time, you can set it to bridge mode or set it as needed, and check it as shown in the figure.

11. Removal: USB/sound card/printer, can be ignored, and may not need to be removed.

12. After setting, click Close to finish. Step into the second big step!

2. Enter the system installation interface:

1. After confirming that the setting information is correct, turn on the virtual machine and start the installation formally.

2. Note: The ctrl+alt key can bring up the mouse cursor to the desktop! ! Select the first item in the figure below and press Enter to enter.

3. For the first installation, select the Chinese version - Simplified Chinese, and continue.

4. After each configuration, double-click to complete! ! Configuration area: Shanghai.

5. Selection of configuration software: GNOME desktop + GNOME application, or server with GUI + development tools, here you can set it according to your actual needs.

6. Configure the installation location: the partition is automatically configured by default, or you can manually configure it in "I want to configure the partition" according to your actual needs.

7. Configure the network and host name: open the state and customize the host name (the default is dynamic IP), I configure the static IP in the figure below, and look down patiently.

8. Confirm the information.

2. After the setting is completed, start to enter the installation. If it is a minimal installation, then the IP setting here is relatively simple for Xiaobai, and the steps of configuring IP in the command interface can be subtracted. Great time saver! !
