As an important application scenario for my country's auto industry to become electrified, intelligent, connected, and shared, the pilot project of coordinated development of smart city infrastructure and intelligent connected vehicles ("dual smart" city) is still in the transition and demonstration stage. There is still a long way to go to achieve commercialization and marketization. Starting from the core problems and strategic significance of the current "dual intelligence" city construction, it describes the roadside infrastructure structure and platform function building, introduces the positive development process of the system engineering that should be followed, and analyzes the future development orientation and suggestions.
