auto update problem
After using Parallels Desktop for a period of time, it will actively prompt to update. The best virtual machine on MacOS: Parallels Desktop, but it is annoying to check for updates every time you start it during use. As shown in the figure

Solution
cancel parallels update
Click Parallels Desktop and select Preferences
Click General, Check for Updates: Never, uncheck Automatically download updates
