Creating a BGA IC package can also use the PCB package wizard to create settings.
1. Click the "Drawing Toolbar" icon to pop up the corresponding column, click "Wizard" to pop up the "Decal Wizard" dialog box, as shown in Figure 1.

2. Then click the BGA/PGA option in the upper left corner to set the corresponding dialog box, as shown in Figure 2.

Click the "OK" option to create a BGA package of the corresponding size, as shown in Figure 3.
