The standard production process is as follows:
In the standard process, MRP is an unlimited production capacity method, so after MRP or MPS, it is necessary to calculate CRP and then adjust it.
Test data preparation:
1. Copy the ZW01CRP work center in the copy part1 article to the new ZW01CRP2.
2. Create two production orders for material 2318, and the process work center of the order is ZW01CRP by default. The finish dates for both orders are maintained to match. (After simulating the MRP calculation, the result is calculated according to the infinite production capacity)
Order 1:
Order 2:
Functional test: execute CM21
The data is shown as follows: the current two orders have the same date, and both are produced in ZW01CRP (MRP is used as wireless capacity scheduling, and the calculation results may be as follows).
Select the corresponding order, click the dispatch button , and the order will be distributed from the order pool to the multi-response work center
Double-click the icon:
Open the order and check the process of the order has been added: DSPT
Click the second order, click the assign button, the order is automatically assigned to the first order:
Open the order and check that the order date has been automatically adjusted:
Similarly, you can also drag the order icon on this interface to drag the second order to work center ZW01CRP2:
View the order at this time, the work center of the order process is automatically changed to ZW01CRP2
If the order is unassigned here, select the corresponding order and click the Unassign button
The process status of the view order is restored.
Think about it , if the MES is integrated, the order is placed in the MES (or the dispatch work ticket is printed), then here you can verify that the process status is assigned before it is issued. Of course, you can also use CM25. Personally, I feel that CM25 is better: select the graphic parameter file scheduled by the work center
Enter query criteria:
Click the Modify Time Parameter File button to adjust the time parameter file: control the scheduling cycle
The data format is as follows: the operation is basically the same
Here you can also directly drag the two sides of the order icon to adjust the order start date and end date.
PS: The detailed production schedule is adjusted by the hour, which can be adjusted after setting:
Automatic allocation can also be set here:
This basic operation is shared here.
