A subitem that belongs to an operation and is used for more detailed planning of the process steps described in the operation.

Sub-processes can only be used as capacity and cost calculations for detailed planning and cannot be used as data dimensions for scheduling and scheduling.

In the function of scheduling and scheduling, sub-process data will be displayed, but cannot be adjusted, only the main process can be adjusted

Sub-processes can be used to assign multiple people or machines that are required at the same time to a process.
It can be set to calculate the cost of the sub-process, but it can only be planned relative to the parent process. Standard values ​​can be accumulated from sub-operations of the corresponding operation.
In the sub-process, you can set whether to copy the sub-process belonging to a certain process to the production order.

Sub-process content

Sub-actions can set the following data:

1. Maintenance process control code

Use the process control code to control whether to calculate the cost of the sub-process, whether the sub-process is self-made or outsourced, whether it is possible or necessary to confirm the work report after the order is processed

4. User-defined fields

User-defined fields can be different from the main operation

5. After maintaining the job type data of the sub-process, click to summarize the standard value, and the job type value of the process can be accumulated through the sub-process

6. You can set whether the sub-process is brought into the production order

After checking, the sub-process of this process in the order field will not be brought into the production order

Precautions:

1. About component allocation

Material components, production resources/tools or inspection characteristics cannot be assigned to sub-operations, only to corresponding operations. When selecting a component assignment in an operation, sub-operations cannot be selected.

2. About job reporting

The sub-process can only enter the data of the standard value of the operation type, and cannot report the quantity of the process.
