One can imagine the difficulty of finding a job with a resume with only internship experience under the pressure of parents and lack of self-confidence after failing the postgraduate entrance examination. What they need are engineers who can solve complex problems, not novices who can only add, delete, modify and check.

But how could fate allow me to go so smoothly? The approval of the offer failed, and the standards of the department and school for the interview changed, and the offer was gone. Then I was faced with two choices, one was to change departments, and the other was to change companies. To be honest, the blow was quite big. Just when I thought I could be stable, it gave me another blow to the head.
I still wanted to join Huawei, so I chose to change departments. After waiting for about a week, I went to ask when to arrange interviews (if you change departments, you need to re-interview with hr and supervisor). As a result, they told me that because the previous department had kicked out too many people, it would take a long time. Ms. HR recommended me to change departments.
So, I got in touch with the third department, which was very fast. On the day I transferred, they called me, introduced the business line, and arranged an interview the next day. Hugh, it's scheduled for Monday. I thought it was just a new interview and another department, and I just went to work a few days late. They also informed me that the code similarity of the machine test result codes was a bit high, and asked me to take the test again, and the interview was cancelled. This barrage of blows nearly broke me, but I'm not there yet.
I immediately went to brush the questions, and I brushed more than a hundred algorithm questions in 3 days, and then I was afraid that I would not pass the exam. But luckily I passed, and my score was higher than the first computer test. I was immediately relieved. On the day the computer test scores came out, the department arranged an interview with the supervisor, and an HR interview the next day. Now it's time to sit back and wait for the results. In the past few days when I changed departments, I had a big fight with my parents. My parents thought I was sitting at home all day with nothing to do. I explained that I was also in a hurry, but it was useless for me to be in a hurry to approve the department. quarrel. I can't understand them, they can't understand me.
Now, I can only wait for the results from the department. If there is another accident this time, I may feel that I have achieved nothing. This is the price of failing the postgraduate entrance examination.

The result came out and the interview passed, but the salary may be lower than that offered by the first department. There is no accurate result yet, and we can only wait.
