Problem Description

Apple notebook, how to use the new mobile hard disk, the previous hard disk is in NTFS format, macOS can only read but not write by default

solution

1. Insert the mobile hard disk, search and open Disk Utility

2. Select the current mobile hard disk, click on the upper right corner to erase

3. Select the format, exfat, win and mac can be used

4. After the completion, you can store and read files in the mobile hard disk
