Apple Mac can't read and write NTFS format U disk or mobile hard disk? one time solution

Mac can only read NTFS-formatted U disk or mobile hard disk by default, because the write permission is hidden and closed. So we just have to turn it on. Through the following method, you can easily open the write permission for your U disk or mobile hard disk. (That is to say, you can drag files from your USB flash drive or mobile hard disk, or you can drag files in).

The first step is to insert your NTFS-formatted U disk or mobile hard disk, and open the terminal and enter "sudo nano /etc/fstab", as shown below

In the second step, press Enter, then enter the Mac computer password (some do not need to enter the computer password), and then press the Enter key, you will see the following screen. (The middle position here is generally empty)

The third step, after seeing the above screen, enter "LABEL=NAME none ntfs rw, auto, nobrowse", where NAME should be replaced with the name of your U disk or mobile hard disk (my name here is USB, name Support Chinese, note that the name should be exactly the same), confirm that there is no problem, then press Enter, then press ctrl+o to save, and press ctrl+x to close (if it is not closed, just delete it).

The fourth step is to eject the USB flash drive or mobile hard disk you inserted, and then re-insert it into the computer (or you don’t need to eject it). Then enter "open /Volumes", as shown below. This will open your U disk or mobile hard disk.

The fifth step, next time you insert this U disk or mobile hard disk, you can read and write normally. (PS: If you insert a U disk or mobile hard disk with another name, then you only need to repeat the above four steps.)
