According to the "Notice of the Ministry of Science and Technology on Publishing the 2023 Annual Project Application Guidelines for the National Key R&D Plan "High-performance Manufacturing Technology and Major Equipment" and other 6 key special projects" (Guo Ke Fa Zi [2023] No. 90) Notice of the 2023 Annual Project Application Guidelines for the R&D Plan "Cultural Science and Technology and Modern Service Industry" and Two Key Special Projects (Guo Ke Fa Zi [2023] No. 93) In order to do a good job in the city's national key research and development plan "high-performance manufacturing technology and major equipment" ” and other key special projects for the 2023 annual guide project application and recommendation work, hereby notified as follows.
All reporting units are requested to complete the online report through the public service platform of the National Science and Technology Management Information System (http://service.most.gov.cn) according to the requirements of the Ministry of Science and Technology’s declaration notice. Professional institutions will use the application form filled out online as the basis for subsequent formal review and project review. All attachment materials required in the application materials shall be uploaded in electronic scanned copies.
