Rococo for Maya

1. What is Rokoko

Rokoko official website .
A motion library plug-in that can be used in Maya, unity and other software. Developers can purchase corresponding motion capture devices to capture the movements of characters, so as to apply the captured movements to the 3D model. In addition, for people without equipment, Rokoko also provides a large number of well-captured actions that can be used. (Here is to record how to use the official actions to bind to the character resources here)

3. Go back to the editor in the Maya project, and create a HunmanIK with the model bound to the skeleton.
Open the (Window - Animation Editor - Human IK) panel, create a character definition, and define the humanoid skeleton of your own model (how to do this is not easy to describe in words, so I won't go into details about the process here)

4. Combining the character with the imported animation bone source, the model and animation will be combined.
(The upper one in the figure is the HumanIk prepared by myself without the animation model, and the lower one is the HumanIK with animation assets)

5. Left click in HumanIk - bake - bake to the skeleton, after baking, you can delete the imported animation file. (This will get the model you want with animation)

6. If there is a small problem with the model animation, adjust it yourself. (Not to mention the final export)

3. Others

There is also an action library resource that can be used, that is Adobe's mixamo . There are also many actions that can be used in it, and they are all free. You can download them by logging in with an Adobe account, and you can download them in fbx format.
The method of applying animation to your own model is similar to that of rokoko. First, after downloading the fbx format, import the model animation, and in Maya, prepare the character that has been bound and skinned. Create HumanIK and define the corresponding points, bake to the bone. (You may encounter T-post problems)
