    Floating static routing is a routing strategy used to select the best path in the network to ensure the efficient transmission of data packets. This routing strategy is usually based on Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Track mechanism.

    SLA is a protocol used to measure network performance and reliability. It measures aspects such as latency, packet loss, bandwidth, and availability to help network administrators determine the best path for data transmission.

    The Track mechanism is a network monitoring mechanism used to detect the status of network devices. If a device fails or shuts down, the Track mechanism will immediately notify the router so that it can adjust the routing path in time to ensure seamless data transmission.

    Floating static routing combines SLA and Track mechanisms to achieve efficient data transmission by dynamically selecting the best path. When the network conditions change, the floating static routing will automatically update the routing path to ensure the reliable transmission of data.
