On the first day, I used an N95 mask, 5 or 6 ordinary medical masks, and sprayed about 300ml of alcohol.

On the second day, she continued to have a fever of about 38.5. In order to relieve the pain, I gave her ibuprofen, which relieved a little.

third day

fourth day
On this day, her fever subsided completely, followed by razor blade throat and blocked nostrils.
So this day, I gave her two meals of porridge with some vegetables and pickled mustard. No fried fish for her to eat, because the fish is hair, it will make the inflammation worse.
In order to alleviate her pain, I looked through the medicines prescribed by my doctor for acute pharyngitis last month, and found that there were medicines for sore throat and expectorant medicine. .
Fifth, sixth and seventh days
In the past few days, she has been in a recovery period. The blade throat has gradually eased, and her nose has cleared up. The rest is coughing, which will take a while to recover.
She is also in good spirits, and can come out to walk around, bask in the sun on the balcony, and enjoy the flowers.
We can still hug and stuff, but I'll still remember to spray alcohol!

On the seventh day, the antigen test also turned negative. What I have to do now is to disinfect the whole house, especially the room where she sleeps, spray it with alcohol, mop the floor with 84 disinfectant, and then open the windows for ventilation.
