File > New Connection > Oracle

Or connect directly to >Oracle

Among them, the connection name can be named by yourself. If it is not filled in, it will be named "host name_port number" by default, such as172.22.21.134_1521

After the input is complete, click 测试连接to test whether the connection is successful.

2 Question: Oracle library is not loaded

When connecting to the Oracle database in Navicat, if the new connection is correct, an Oracle library is not loadederror .

This is because there is a problem with the OCI environment configuration, and oci.dllthe file .

2 solutions

First download the Client package

https://www.oracle.com/database/technologies/instant-client/winx64-64-downloads.html

If the connection fails,
https://www.oracle.com/database/technologies/instant-client/downloads.html

Unzip the file, oci.dllcopy the file path to the OCI environment, and restart Navicat .
