The rest either follow the technical route and become an architect, or take the business route and change careers to do management, marketing, etc.
Also, I have read a lot recently, what I have felt, what I have thought, and my thinking about my future. I have gradually discovered the following rules:
1. A technology-oriented career will eventually fall into a situation where it cannot advance, stagnate, or even retreat. The length of time depends on how deeply rooted you are in technology.
2. So when the body can't bear the development work, or when the introvert does not like the development work, try to switch to business, management, sales, training, consulting and other work.
3. The company is supported by its own business profits, so technology is to support the company's business, so the company needs to revolve around the business.
4. A company's business still depends on sales, it needs to sell things or services, or it is an intermediary that guides sales and charges service fees.
5. Therefore, the company needs business support, technology is used to support the business, and the business is profitable. It relies on selling products or services, and finally settles in sales.

Based on the above, legitimate profit is our biggest goal. Business is not as simple as it used to be, and it is simple to buy and sell. Now many companies have evolved to long-term losses to gain market share and raise funds through venture capital, listing and other means. Capital supports business development, not corporate profits. After all competitors have been killed and an absolute advantage is achieved, prices will be gradually increased, profit margins will be increased, and profits will be gradually made. Therefore, before doing something, you must fully think about the profit model. The key is to match your own capabilities with the actual market, and use this to develop related operational strategies, know business development, and use resources such as technology, capital, and personal connections that business development depends on.
Because of the complexity of the business model itself, entrepreneurship is also a matter of life and death. These things must be clearly understood at the very beginning, and you can choose to make profits from the beginning or make profits early to support the business, develop in an orderly manner from small to large, and slowly expand , or choose for the ultimate goal, can endure losses for a certain period of time, even huge losses, occupy market share, and then slowly adjust to make profits. Maybe as a diaosi now, I can only choose to start or make a profit in a short period of time.
