After 30 seconds, the enemy (or something stolen) will be resolved, and the house will be evacuated within 19 seconds. Once it exceeds one second, the mission may fail at any time. After 35 seconds, the house explodes, and the tail-chasing enemy is blown away. . . . . . Of course these films tend to get the job done with great precision. (The last time Osama bin Laden was killed, it is estimated that the US special forces have a similar precise timing)
Let's analyze the scenes in these blockbusters in conjunction with the definition of project planning:
1. Predicting the future, there are always precise times in the scenes in the blockbusters, 10 seconds, 15 seconds, 30 seconds, each of which is an extremely precise time, these are actually accurate predictions of the future, if it is one second earlier, The elevator hadn't arrived yet, a second late, and the bullets behind it swept over.
2. Determine the target to be achieved, kill bin Laden and evacuate safely
3. It is estimated that there will be problems, there will be two enemies in the left corridor, bin Laden is not in the bedroom (in the toilet)
4. And put forward the process of effective plans, policies, measures and means to achieve goals and solve problems. According to the three sets of plans A, B, and C, at a predetermined time and a predetermined route, accurately achieve the goal and evacuate safely.
看到这里，大家就会惊奇地发现，原来项目规划还能用在特种部队执行任务啊，哈哈，YES！大家不要以为项目规划只是在公司做产品时遇到，其实做任何事情理论上都应该有项目规划，只是有些事情太小了，不值得做罢了，像刷牙，你的项目规划就是在多少时间内，用什么牙膏，什么牙刷，以何种刷牙方式完成刷牙，并且还要考虑到漱口水是否太凉了。。。。。。
连刷牙都能涉及到项目规划，何况公司做产品做项目了，来CSDN的很多都是做软件的，我也是软件公司的，所以接下来我还是以软件公司为例子来简单介绍一下项目规划管理的理论与实践。
当然，本文我还是会结合我们公司实际在用的 TechExcel DevSuite 系统中的项目规划管理工具DevPlan 来为大家做相关介绍。
