Communication between xshell and Linux host in VMware virtual machine without network

1. Power on the virtual machine, select the virtual machine to be powered on, click Edit VM Settings, click Network Adapter, and select Host Only Mode.

2. Click the local network icon (in the lower right corner), click to open the network and sharing center, click to change adapter settings, select VMnet1, to be in the startup state, right-click, properties, select tcp/ipv4, click properties, specify the following IP Address, set the IP address to the same number segment as the IP of the virtual machine. For example my virtual machine:

One host configuration:

IP:192.168.1.30

Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0

Gateway: 192.168.1.1

DNS:114.114.114.114

Another host configuration:

IP:192.168.1.32

Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0

Gateway: 192.168.1.1

DNS:114.114.114.114

So the network configuration of my VMnet1's tcp/ipv4 is:

IP:192.168.1.31

Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0

Gateway: 192.168.1.1

DNS:114.114.114.114

3. Start the virtual machine and open xshell to establish a connection.
