Configure the network communication between the local machine and the vmware virtual machine

1. Set the VMware Network Adapter VMnet8 network IP. If not, click the Restore Default Settings button on the virtual machine tool to automatically create the network


 2. Set the virtual machine network configuration as shown in the figure

 

 

 3. Restart the virtual machine and you should be able to use xshell to connect
