The default encoding format of jsp in eclipse is ISO8859-1, first modify it to UTF-8, the steps are:
Click on window-- preferences --web--JSP files . In the encoding drop-down box on the right, select UTF-8 encoding. New JSP files in the future are all encoded in UTF-8.
