VScode encoding (garbled) format modification (nanny level, additional Sinicization)

For this garbled format, solve it according to the following steps:

Step 1: Click on the red box below

 Step 2: There will be a pop-up box on the top (click)

Step 3: Automatically detect and modify according to the encoding format

 Another simple setting (one step in place, automatic modification):

Step 1: (Click Settings)

 Step 2: Enter encoding (copy directly, if it is not checked, check it)

Additional: Sinicization

 Step 1: Click; Step 2: Input Chinese; Step 3: Install
