1. Project background
Luoyang China Silicon High-tech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as China Silicon High-tech) was established in 2003. Yanshi Jinfeng Investment Management Co., Ltd. and China Nonferrous Metals Engineering Co., Ltd. jointly funded the establishment. The company has two production bases and a national engineering laboratory, as well as a provincial R&D center. Mainly engaged in high-purity polysilicon, silicon wafers, silica and so on. China Silicon Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. is a polysilicon production enterprise with independent intellectual property rights. The process technology has two characteristics of comprehensive utilization of energy and closed-loop material circulation, which is in line with the development direction of large-scale, low-unit consumption, high-quality, and clean production. The "24-pair Rod Energy-saving Polysilicon Reduction Furnace Complete Set" of the National 863 Program has been successfully developed, which is the first successful development in China and currently has the largest production capacity of 24-pair-rod polysilicon reduction furnaces. It took the lead in realizing the production scale of 1,000-ton polysilicon in China, and its output ranks first in the country.
2. Software selection As the business

In the past, because the function settings of ERP software for information management cannot be changed, the chemical industry process changes are more flexible, and the statistical data is also complex and changeable, which makes it difficult to promote domestic ERP software in the production field of the chemical industry. The latest concept of office software platform has been developed, and a series of problems such as system customization and modification have been solved, and the system can be expanded to the fields of raw materials, hydrogenation, testing, and storage in the future.
The information system improves the accuracy of data collection and analysis, and improves the management and control level of the production system. The realization of the functions of production post workload statistics and publicity stimulates the labor enthusiasm of pre-processing, corrosion cleaning and other piece-rate posts.
