"The Five Levels of Leadership" after reading_20170308

The book was recommended by Eddy Kwork in 2012. After reading it, I thought it was very good and recommended to many people.
I bought another book a few years ago, and I read it again with a few pieces, and I gained a lot.
The level of management is clearly divided in the book, although the division may not be accurate, but at least it can be used for reference.
Management has always been an endless practice, and many people often stop without knowing it.
From power leadership, identity leadership, results leadership, nurturing leadership, and influence leadership, one step at a time, one step at a time, progressively.
What I felt the most this time was the "melting pot moment" described at the end of the book.
"The Crucible Moment" describes the key points in each person's growth, and also reveals the reasons for most of the duplication of work.
From cherishing the "melting pot moment" to creating "melting pot moment", improving the cohesion of the team and improving the management ability of individuals, because management is an art and an art of practice.
The book also mentions "Circle of Influence" and "28 Principles", but I don't agree with the standard of "Circle of Influence" mentioned in the book. Maybe the author's circle is relatively good, so I personally don't agree with his standard.

Recommended reading.
