3. The first method here is to rename the backup file to restore it. Open Word software, click "File" in the upper left corner to enter the File tab.
4. In the pop-up tab, click "Options" to find the location of the backup file in the system save. Generally speaking, the backup location is relatively fixed, you can find it according to C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Word\, but it may be difficult to find it according to this path. 5. In the word tab, click "Save" on the left, under the "Save Document" column, there is an automatic recovery document location, copy this location "C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Word\ , and then click OK.

Method 2: File Direct Open Recovery Method
