二、安装完成时，使用IE登录em ，https://主机名:1158/em 提示：此网站的安全证书存在问题。调整了IE安全等级还是不能进入。
原因：oracleem的证书秘钥<1024，导致ORACLE OEM登陆 证书错误
解决：cmd运行certutil命令certutil -setreg chain\EnableWeakSignatureFlags 8
结果：
