He is the devil's spokesman, often pointing out some sharp issues and finding problems ahead of time. You will need this attitude from him. Because they can often see things outside your perspective and hope that your success will go with safety. This is the voice of reason.
4. Strict:
He's the pick-it-yourself guy who gets you done, and the impulsive steward who makes sure team goals are met by deadlines. This is the sound of progress.
5. Linker:
He will help you find new paths and new allies. This guy breaks the barricades and finds a way for you to make magic happen. You need him to help you get closer to people and places you can't. This is the sound of cooperation.
6. Benchmark :
He is your trusted advisor, your North Star, and the one you want to catch up with. He is your guiding unit, a constant reminder that you too can do amazing things. You need to make him proud. This is the voice of authority.
