Windows remote login session cut off settings

1. Use the search charm to search for [mmc] and launch it.
2. Select Add / Remove Snap-in from the File menu.     3. Select [Group Policy Object Editor]
from [Available Snap-ins] on the left side of the [Add / Remove Snap-in] dialog that appears, and click the     [Add] button. 4. In the displayed [Select Group Policy Object], select [Local Computer] and click the [Finish] button. 5. Click the OK button to close the Select Group Policy Object dialog. 6. In the tree on the left side of the screen, [Console Root] → [Local Computer Policy] →     [Computer Configuration] → [Administrative Templates] → [Windows Components] →     [Remote Desktop Services] → [Remote Desktop Session Host] →     [Session ] Select Time Limit. 7. In the center of the screen, select Set time limit for disconnected sessions. 8. On the right side of the screen, under Set time limit for disconnected sessions, click Other Actions     and select Edit from the context menu that appears. 9. Select [Enable] from the radio button at the top left of the displayed [Set Time Limit for Disconnected Sessions] dialog, and select     [End Disconnected Session] from [Options] at the bottom left. Set to 1 hour.













10. Click the OK button to close the Set time limit for disconnected sessions dialog.
