2017 annual personal summary

Thinking about it, it was already the end of January 2018, and I just came to write the annual summary of 2017. It’s really not as good as I used to be, busy and tired.

There are a few important things in 2018 that still need to be recorded.

        The first thing: my daughter-in-law is pregnant. We have been married for 2.3 years. I even forgot which year I got married. The whole focus is on work. One good thing, thank you my wife, for being so powerful, I became a father right away. I haven't fully prepared for this in my heart, at least not yet.

        The second thing: the new house will be delivered. On February 4th this year, the house in Xiaoshan, Hangzhou will be delivered. This is a decisive and correct decision made a year ago, which allowed me to buy the first house in my life. , there is still some relief in my heart. I also chose a house for my father-in-law and mother-in-law. Although I didn't pay, the house has risen from 6K to 1.2W per level in half a year. They are also very happy.

        The third thing: I changed a new job and came to Uxing Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Geely Group, the brand of Cao Cao's special car. Now there is also a small year, about 10 months, these 10 months, I have done too many things, and paid a lot for the company, I think I have a clear conscience. More to say on this one.

        1. Team size. When I first came, I was given a test team of about 12 people, 1 test L, several special car line tests, several green business tests, and then several server-side tests. This is probably the organizational structure. The first impression is that this team is really relaxed and idle. After several months of hard work, after losing 2-3 people in the quality control team, the staff size is now 28. In August, I took over the comprehensive R&D department. When I took over, the team size was 15 people. Now, at the end of January, it has been nearly 6 months since I took over. The team size is 26 people, including 2 technical experts. In December, the project management team began to be set up. From 0 people, 1 full-time project manager was trained, and a project expert was recruited. As a result, he resigned. Well, project manager, I delivered one today. A total of 54 people are to be brought, and the scale of 8 team leaders. The team is healthier, and I may be less healthy right now.

        2. Company culture, the company culture is the traditional + Internet model. This model is still a little uncomfortable for me, who comes from the Internet, but I am still trying to adapt and learn. The impact of traditional culture is actually on people's senses and work. The feeling is still very big, in fact, it is also a kind of growth and experience, and there are some things I may not like in it, but I still learned a lot, the pressure is multiplied, but I can resist it.

 

      I haven't been home for the Chinese New Year for 2 years, and it is estimated that I won't be able to go home again today. The old saying goes: "Parents are not traveling far away, so you must travel well". I'm also very disobedient, but also feel very helpless. Both heads must be taken care of, and the two heads cannot be merged together, only both sides can take care of it as much as possible.

 

      In 2018, what should I do, what goals, I don't know very well, but I feel that I should accept it.
