   Good teams have clear goals and clear roles within the team.

4. influence. 
   Team members feel that their work has a purpose and that the greater benefit is having a positive impact on themselves.

5. psychological safety. 
   Team members have all attended meetings and have been hiding questions or ideas for fear of appearing incompetent. So when you're in an environment where everything you do or say is under the microscope, you get upset.
