uefi+gpt partition repair esp boot

• Using Windows10's PE, diskgenuis assigns a drive letter (here takes Q: as an example)
• Open the cmd command line, enter the following command and run
  bcdboot c:\windows /s q: /l zh-cn /f uefi

• Among them: c:\windows hard disk system directory, modify
  /sq: specify the disk where the esp partition is located, modify according to the actual situation
  /f uefi specify the startup mode as uefi
  /l zh-cn specify the uefi startup interface language as simplified Chinese

• A boot file will be automatically generated to the ESP partition
